  I walked in and wasn’t greeted until another person walked in after me. We both stood at the counter for a few minutes until a woman who spoke little English checked us in. She checked the other guy in first which was fine but when I asked if my stylist Kat was in, she rudely said she doesn’t work there anymore and wouldn’t tell me where she went. When I asked who could cut my hair she just shook her head and took the other guy first even though I was there first. I’ve noticed a huge turnover since the salon went under new management and the floor is always dirty. Sometimes the lights aren’t even on. I’m very disappointed. I found out that my stylist is at another Great Clips nearby on Van Dyke and will not be giving this location mine or my family’s business anymore.
